As with all our micro-courses, this course includes text and a short video that covers the basics of the bodyweight hip hinge. The hip hinge is the precursor to kettlebell swings, deadlifts, bent-over rows, and much more. Without being able to execute the hip hinge properly you won’t be able to execute a proper kettlebell swing, without a proper kettlebell swing you can’t progress to the swingclean or swingsnatch. A lot of kettlebell basics and fundamentals hinges on the kettlebell swing.
