A kettlebell carry or walk is an exercise where the athlete supports and moves a kettlebell from one place to another. The support can be provided in the form of overhead, racked, hanging, or a mixture of the aforementioned methods. A kettlebell carry is a mixture of dynamic and isometric, as the subject is walking but the kettlebells do not move, or at least the objective is to prevent excessive movement during the carry, this is done through an isometric contraction. Think grip, shoulders, trapezius, chest, erector spinae, etc. Everything down from the waist is moving.
