MAX KB STRENGTH CAMP
Full access to the 4 or 6-week MAX KB STRENGTH CAMP, which is as follows. Two tasks to complete. Task one is to improve your one rep max for any of the given exercises, and task two is to learn/master one new exercise.
Your work may involve no more than 2 minutes a day or more for either 4 or 6 weeks, you decide.
We are working on improving your 1RM (one rep-max) strength for one, two, or more of the following exercises:
