Behind every certification passed, every workout completed, and every platform improvement is a community of people who show up, put in the work, and make this place better. These are some of them.
IKU is not built by one person. It is built by the people who train with us, challenge us, give us honest feedback, and stay year after year — not because they have to, but because they want to. This page exists to acknowledge that. These members have earned their place here through dedication, consistency, and genuine support.
5+ years with IKU · Inner Circle member · IKU Certified · IKSFA Ranked Athlete
Conor joined the Cavemantraining Inner Circle as a complete beginner around 2021. He has since completed the Master The Kettlebell Press certification, achieved IKSFA Rank 3 with 16kg, and was one of the first people to beta test KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ in March 2026 — providing detailed feedback, screen recordings, and bug reports that directly improved the platform.
He is the kind of member who emails at the weekend to help test new features, who recommends IKU to friends, and who has never stopped showing up.
“Before starting in Cavemantraining Inner Circle, I thought I knew kettlebells. What I actually knew was what a kettlebell was. I came in as a beginner and feel I’ve improved 100% through their guidance. They are always on hand with any questions or queries I have. 100% would recommend.”
— Conor Adair, Inner Circle review
Inner Circle member · Cleans Certified · IKSFA ranked · Community champion
Suzie earned her Master The Kettlebell Clean certification (L3.1) with 12kg kettlebells — a feat she initially doubted she could achieve. She completed Master Kettlebell Mobility, submitted for IKSFA online ranking, and actively trains the Asgard program.
What sets Suzie apart is how she lifts others up. When she stepped back from the Press certification to focus on shoulder recovery, her first thought was to recommend another member — Conor — to take her place. That spirit defines her.
“I still can’t believe I did it — both final exams were challenging, especially the gorilla cleans, and I did it with 12kg. Thank you for believing in me!”
— Suzie Kwan, on completing her Cleans certification
Long-time follower · CIC member · IKU Certified · Sport Team athlete
Chris followed the Cavemantraining YouTube channel for years before taking the step to enrol in a certification course. Living in an area without kettlebell clubs or training groups, he used IKU as his primary source of instruction — and passed his certification in 2023. He went on to complete the Master The Kettlebell Squat course with ACE continuing education credits, and joined the IKU Sport Team where he achieved IKSFA Rank 3 in both Double Kettlebell Long Cycle Jerk (2×16kg) and Single Arm Full Snatch (16kg).
Chris is a CIC member, upgraded to KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ Gold, and earned 18 ACE continuing education hours through IKU courses. He represents the quiet, consistent members who keep showing up, keep training, and keep supporting without needing to be in the spotlight.
“I’ve been watching your YouTube channel for a few years now and wanted to participate in one of your courses to see if I was doing things correctly. Your feedback was very helpful. Keep up the good work — oh, and I get to buy a Caveman hoodie with ‘certified’ on it too!”
— Chris Connor, after passing his certification
Clean, Press & Squat Certified · Sport Team · Technically rigorous
Philipp has completed the Master The Kettlebell Clean (L3), Master The Kettlebell Press, and Master The Kettlebell Squat certifications. He participated in the IKU Sport Team snatch preparation and brings a level of technical rigour that pushes IKU to be better — engaging in detailed discussions about anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise execution that have led to direct course improvements.
After suffering a broken rib, he restarted his squat course from scratch rather than give up. He continued filming certification submissions while travelling in the south of France with only the kettlebells he could carry. He also identified and reported multiple course platform bugs during the Press certification, helping improve the experience for everyone who followed.
“I like challenges and high goals — it helped me push myself beyond my comfort zones. If you aim for the moon, even if you miss, you still end up among the stars. I will continue training and challenging myself, and go for a ranking attempt when I feel I truly deserve it for having mastered the skill at the expected level.”
— Philipp Wolf, on his approach to Sport Team preparation
IKU has many more members who deserve recognition. As the community grows, so will this page. If you’ve been part of the IKU journey and want to be featured, let us know.
