Refund terms for all purchases made through IKU LLC platforms.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through KETTLEBELL MONSTER™, operated by IKU LLC.
All sales of digital products and subscriptions are final. No refunds will be issued for digital purchases under any circumstances. Physical products may be returned only if they arrive defective, as described in Section 5 below.
All subscription purchases (monthly, annual, and Tribe subscriptions) are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. No refunds are provided for unused time, partial billing periods, or remaining subscription duration.
All digital content purchases (programs, courses, individual workouts, e-books, and other digital products) are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all digital sales are final.
All purchases of content published by independent creators through the KETTLEBELL MONSTER™ marketplace are final and non-refundable.
If a physical product arrives defective or damaged:
Refunds for physical products are limited to defective or damaged items only. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing (where sizing information was provided), or buyer’s remorse.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us at [email protected] before filing a dispute with your bank. We are often able to resolve issues faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension pending investigation.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content purchases under EU consumer law. However, this right is waived when you expressly consent to begin receiving the digital content immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once content delivery begins. We will present this waiver clearly during checkout.
For physical products, EU consumers may return defective items as described in Section 5 above.
