The Kettlebell Clean is generally looked at as just one exercise and there isn’t much to learn about it. Anyone who believes the same and takes this course will understand the complexity of a Clean done correctly and safely. A whole new world of possibilities, workouts, and thinking will open up to them.
I’m super happy with the structure of the course and the great feedback from coach Taco that helped me with great cues to solve issues when I got stuck.
Taco truly goes the extra mile since we found out that my imbalance on my left side made my rack on that side incorrect. Throughout this course I’ve done the mobility and stretches and Taco suggested and my rack has improved and my left shoulder pain gets less pronounced each week.
I fully understand why the clean should be mastered as it has helped me understand the Snatch much faster with correct hand insertion, ballistic flight, power generation etc. Filip Nyman
