GSU Girevoy Sport Union

Ranks R3 through CMS can be achieved at GSU National Championships (Irish, English, Scottish, Welsh) and the British Championship. MS and MSIC can ONLY be achieved at international competition (World or European Championships supervised by IUKL/IGSF international judges). Sets for MS and MSIC must be on video.
