Biathlon events must be performed in order: Jerk first, then Snatch. A minimum 45-minute rest is required between the two sets. Biathlon Definition: Biathlon consists of two events: Jerk (performed first) and Snatch (performed second), with a minimum 45-minute rest between sets. Both events are 10-minute sets. The combined score determines the biathlon result.

GSU Girevoy Sport Union
