Men's Long Cycle reps required for Youth I/1J at 20kg: 48kg class = 11 reps, 53kg = 18, 58kg = 25, 63kg = 32, 68kg = 39, 73kg = 44, 73+kg = 46. Youth long cycle not available for classes above 85+kg.
