IKSFA International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy

HIGH MASTERY OF SPORT (heaviest KB): MSIC, MS, CMS achievable. SPORTING PERFECTION (second heaviest KB): CMS, Rank 1, Rank 2 achievable. Note: CMS appears in both categories — it can be achieved at either KB weight. GPP (lighter KB): Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3 achievable. HEALTH (lightest KB): Rank 1, Rank 2, Rank 3 achievable.
