MSIC is achievable only at professional KB weights (32kg male / 24kg female).
BOLT ranking tiers from lowest to highest: (1) Rank - entry-level achievement, (2) Semi Pro - intermediate level, (3) Pro - advanced level, (4) Pro Plus - elite-level achievement, (5) Elite - highest tier. This is completely different from the traditional MSIC/MS/CMS system used by most other kettlebell sport organizations.
