Competition venues must provide a warm-up area with kettlebells of different weights and chalk. Kettlebells prepared behind the platforms must not be transported to the warm-up area.

IKSFA International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy

A warm-up area is provided at the competition venue for athletes to prepare before their sets.

IKMF International Kettlebell Marathon Federation

The warm-up area must be separated from the competition area and should be as near as possible to the competition area. For international competitions, there must be a minimum of 3 kettlebells of each size from 8-40kg in the warm-up area.
