IKO International Kettlebell Organization

In snatch (10-minute set), only one arm switch is allowed during the set. The switch can be made at any time. Switching sides can only be done with a single hand-to-hand swing.

IKLF International Kettlebell Lifting Federation

In BOLT snatch events (single kettlebell), athletes can switch hands as many times as they want. This eliminates the traditional Girevoy Sport 'one switch' rule where athletes could only switch hands once during a 10-minute set.
