The free hand must not touch the kettlebell at any point during the lift, including in the overhead position (fixation attempt). The free arm or any other body part must not touch the platform, legs, or the arm engaged in the lift.
It is not allowed to touch the kettlebell with any part of the body other than the hand with which it is being held.
IKSFA explicitly prohibits free hand from touching the KB or body during the lift. IKO prohibits free hand from aiding the lift.
