IKSFA International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy

The free hand must not touch the kettlebell at any point during the lift, including in the overhead position (fixation attempt). The free arm or any other body part must not touch the platform, legs, or the arm engaged in the lift.

WKSF World Kettlebell Sport Federation

It is not allowed to touch the kettlebell with any part of the body other than the hand with which it is being held.
