Rule Text by Organization

IUKL International Union of Kettlebell Lifting

During snatch, the kettlebell must not contact the shoulder or rest in any form of rack position. If the kettlebell contacts the shoulder, the judge issues the 'To shift' command. This constitutes a violation and may result in a 'Stop' command terminating the set.
