IKSFA International Kettlebell Sport & Fitness Academy

The overhead fixed position in snatch must be vertical — 90 degrees, perpendicular to the floor. The arm must be at minimum straight, positioned next to the ear/head. Positions less than vertical (such as a '10 o'clock' arm position) result in a no-count.
